How to create an environment where ideas can be freely shared. Looking at status and group dynamics. How to encourage an open minded attitude without feeling like you’re making personal compromise.
Adapting to change.
Accept and build. Using the ‘bring a brick’ listening and responding cornerstones of applied improvisation to evaluate a situation and change course.
Using frameworks & observing patterns.
Using the framework of games to observe behaviours and emerging patterns of self organisation and collaboration.
Experimenting with failure.
How to enjoy uncertainty. Slowing down to reflect and make improvements.
Using narrative structures to simplify messages, increase empathy and motivation in teams.
